How to place your multiple location order
Step 1:
Please checkout and complete your order with the desired number of recipients. Only paid orders will be managed.
Step 2:
Please click here to download your CUSTOMISATION FORM. This form allows customers who have completed the payment for their order, to specify the names and delivery addresses of the recipients.
Step 3:
Please fully complete the above Customisation Form. Email this form to us at order@leanbento.com at least 3 working days before your delivery date in order for us to arrange for its fulfilment.
Important Notes
• This special will only be served from 14 Jan - 26 Feb 2021, excluding Sundays.
• Multiple-location, door-to-door delivery at subsidised delivery for 6 platters and above.
• All deliveries must be fulfilled within a 2-hr time frame of the selected time slot, within the same day.
• There will be no refund if we fail to receive the completed form by the stipulated deadline because we are unable to responsibly schedule for its fulfilment.
• Should such an outcome where to happen, the full amount of the order will be reissued as a gift voucher with a validity of 30 days to the customer at a mandatory administrative fee of $20.
• The promotion of free delivery for each unique order above $85 will not apply for this item. Such promotions are only applicable for orders consisting of only à la carte items and must only be delivered to one single delivery address.
