À la Carte Order Admin & Delivery Fee
This fee is payable for the following scenarios:
Imposed for changes to an order, made within three or less working days to the fulfilment date and time. Admin fee is chargeable for each change, with reference to the last updated order.
Imposed as a one-time fee* for every subsequent 2 sub-invoices sectioning products from the original invoice; for customised billing instructions to e.g. another department within the same organisation/entity.
*The creation of the first 2 sub-invoices from the original invoice is complimentary.
Imposed in addition to the penalties laid out for cancellations.
• More than three working days to fulfilment.
A 25% forfeiture on the paid original amount and an admin fee of $20.00 is chargeable. Customer will receive a 75% refund on the paid original amount by the original mode of payment. For credit terms / e-invoice customers, 25% of the invoice value and admin fee of $20 is chargeable.
• Within two to three working days to fulfilment.
A 50% forfeiture on the paid original amount and an admin fee of $20.00 is chargeable. Customer will receive a 50% refund on the paid original amount by the original mode of payment. For credit terms/e-invoice customers, 50% of the invoice value and admin fee of $20 is chargeable.
• Within 24 hours prior to fulfilment.
No admin fee is imposed. A 100% forfeiture on the paid original amount is chargeable. No refunds will be made to the customer. For credit terms/e-invoice customers, 100% of the invoice value is chargeable.
Other digital products available in the selection include top-up of administrative and delivery fees. The amount to select and checkout will be advise aptly and fairly by our customer service representatives.
In general, the selection of digital products:
• Do not fall into any of the above scenarios.
• Payment for additional services on a case-to-case basis.
• Payment for delivery services that are required, but yet to be paid by the customer.
