Amendment & Cancellation

À la Carte Order Amendment
1. Scope - an amendment refers to all changes to the order, including cancellation.
2. Confirmation - customers are encouraged to check the details of their order such as the date & time of delivery, all contact information as well as the accuracy of the ordered items before the submission of an order.
3. Responsibility - our company is responsible for fulfilling orders based on the accuracy of order information received from our customers.
4. Response time - our company is able to respond to an amendment to a submitted set of order information, at least 2 working days before the date of fulfilment.
5. Penalty - In the event of amendments made less than 3 working days to the fulfillment date, an admin fee of $20 will apply to each subsequent amendment.

À la Carte Order Cancellation
1. Scope - This section applies to all orders, including customers on credit-terms/e-invoice billing.
2. Cancellation - made at least 3 working days (72 hours) to the fulfilment date and time. No forfeiture and no admin fee will be chargeable. A non-refundable transaction fee of 6.5% calculated based on the original nett sales amount (minus any amounts that were offset/paid using vouchers and gift cards) will apply. Refund of the remaining amount will be reflected on the customer's original mode of payment within 7 working days.
3. Cancellation - made between 2 to 3 working days (24 to 72 hours) to the fulfilment date and time. A 50% forfeiture on the original paid amount, an admin fee of $20, and a non-refundable transaction fee of 6.5% calculated based on the original nett sales amount (minus any amounts that were offset/paid using vouchers and gift cards) will apply. Refund of the remaining amount will be reflected on the customer's original mode of payment within 7 working days.
4. Cancellation - made less than 24 hours to the fulfilment date and time. A 100% forfeiture on the original paid amount will apply. There will be no refund of any amount. 

Multiple Location Delivery Order Amendment

> Change of delivery address between 24-72 hours before time of fulfilment.
    • A chargeable admin fee of $5 for every five change within one single change request. Pre-pay here.
