Vegan Customisation

No-Garlic, No-Onion Customisation
1. Inclusion or exclusion of these ingredients will be indicated in the respective product information.

Children-Senior-Pregnancy Customisation
1. As of 01 May 2021, all food served are fully cooked, except for fruits to be friendly for children above 2, seniors, pregnant and nursing mothers.
2. Related dietary and precautionary advice are uniquely crafted in every respective product description.
3. We regret that we do not offer one-to-one customisation for individual orders.

Order Customisation
1. Refers to any change of food components, taste or flavour within a bento, cup, drink, dessert or bundles.
2. Offered only to order of quantity above 50 units for each single item.
3. Confirmation of specification for customisation must be finalised at least 5 working days before fulfilment. 
4Any additional cost and labour related to the customisation will be quoted separately for billing.
5. A pre-payment of 40% deposit of the item's order amount must be completed before the customisation is confirmed.
6. Discounts and promotions will not be applicable on items which would undergo customisation.   

Specific Delivery Time
1. All deliveries (fulfilment) will be fulfilled on the selected day and time-slot (window period) as outlined at the point of purchase.
2. We regret that we are unable to arrange for our delivery personnel(s) to turn up with an order at a specific and precise time. 
3. Customers are advised to observe "shared responsibility" to be contactable, or available to receive the order during the selected day and time-slot. 
4. Customers are advised to make alternative arrangements to receive their order during the selected day and time-slot.  
5. Wregret that we are unable to arrange for our delivery personnel(s) to run errands for our customers, other than to deliver the order to the specified address, at the selected day and time-slot.
6. Wregret that we are unable to arrange for our delivery personnel(s) to remain at the door/entrance of the delivery address for more than the accepted default of 5 minutes, in order not to hold up subsequent food deliveries. 
7. In the event of a “no-show”, “not at home”, or “not contactable” scenario, our delivery personnel(s) reserve the right to exercise discretion and common sense to respectfully leave the order at the doorstep, gate entrance, reception counter, or security counter etc.
8. Our company bears no responsibility further than to prepare every order to our best with food quality, food safety, and with our delivery partner to fulfil the order to the designated address on the selected day and time-slot.
